What is the problem the startup is solving?

Vision and goal: Our vision is to be the first IPO from kashmir as a Public Limited Company. Company description: A public limited company harnessing the modern day platforms for maximum output in e-governance, health and education sectors. Industry analysis: E-governance is one of the main pillars of Mission Digital India and there is always scope in it for innovation and improvements. Competitive analysis: We are the largest service aggregators so far in this domain and area and we do have competition from companies who infiltrate our markets at times but they hardly sustain over here to carry on their business. Management team: We have an expert team consisting of members from Management, Administration, IT, HR, Marketing, Engineering etc who possess enough experience to deal with varied situations. Operational plan: We do have separate operational plans for our three sectors like IT, Health & Education Other Plans being Marketing plan, Financial plan, risks & contingencies. On a comparative note our products and services do possess a healthy position in the market. We deal in services and products that fit in the budget of average citizens. We always try to infuse innovation and uniqueness in our services and products so as to remain ahead and beat competition and have our fair share from the over all market.

How does your startup propose to solve this problem?

Khidmat Ventures Limited is an IT enabled services provider from the State of Jammu & Kashmir. We work on leveraging technology to empower masses particularly those living in rural areas by providing them a host of services at their doorstep. We have already created a robust platform with a very secure and efficient back-end. We are in negotiations with Public & private organisation for G2C, B2C and B2B services to enrich our portal. We have developed a one-stop portal based on wallet system. we have the largest network of kiosks( front-end delivery points) in J&K so far. We support educated and unemployed youth of J&K to take up entreprenuership and become Job proiders instead of Job seekers.

What is the uniqueness of your solution?

Consumers need hassle free services, be it G2C, B2C, B2B etc at their doorsteps and we are very much involved to improve their experience. -Our market and customers are defined and we are exploiting opportunities to extend the best possible services to them. -Our market primarily consists of our retailers who are indirectly a part of our company. They also have an opportunity to grow which puts our business in drivers seat. -An open market in our business sector is the biggest opportunity we have at our disposal and this feature of market is propelling our business on a healthy growth curve.

How does your startup generate revenue?

Recurring revenue, transaction-based revenue, project revenue, and service revenue. Our Kiosk owners sell our services (both online & Offline) in their respective areas and earn their livelihood by virtue of a commission that we provide them. Our company also earns a commission on the services sold by our network of professionals/kiosks.
